What is BikeSponsors.com?

BikeSponsors.com is an agency that provides sponsorships for the recreational industry which includes street bikes, sport bikes, dirt bikes, BMX bikes, go carts, dune buggies, ATVs, and other similar vehicles. Bikesponsors.com has been in the sponsorship industry for over seven years and has streamlined the process of getting amateur and professional recreational enthusiasts sponsored with products that is relevant to each individual. At  Bike Sponsors.com we allow you to choose what company and what products you get sponsored with.

How much does it cost to submit my application?

Application submissions and reviews are free and no credit card is required. You can find out exactly how much you qualify for without having to enter a credit card into our system. We do however offer a priority review option that allows you to get your application reviewed within hours and not days.

Are there any fees to be sponsored?

BikeSponsors.com is an agency securing full sponsorships for bike, motorcycle, bmx and other lifestyle sport enthusiasts – and we’re told we’re darn good at it! So, although we love what we do, we can’t do it for free and that's why we do charge a one-time agency fee based on a small percentage of the dollar amount of sponsorship we secure for you. How long does it take to get approved?

We have two different review processes. The first one is our standard review which could take up to 30 days to get an answer. The second option is our priority review where you can get an answer within hours and not days.

What is priority review?

Priority Review is where a BikeSponsors.com Agent will be alerted that your application is Priority Review and will manually review your application within hours and not days.  During this period, the agent will determine the sponsorship dollar amount that is available for your bike. Only if you are accepted for a $500-$5,000 sponsorship where you can choose products of your choice, will you be charged for our one time agency fee, otherwise you will not be charged. To view our 2012 agency fee schedule please click here. BONUS: All Priority Review Applicants will get an additional $500 added to their approval amount. If you choose Priority Review, we will automatically activate your account once you have been approved so you can start selecting your products right away. If your application is declined for sponsorship, no charges will be incurred and your $5.00 Priority Review fee will be refunded.

How fast do my products ship?

As fast as you can push a button! Once your sponsorship campaign is complete you go to your product queue and tell us that you want your product to ship. We then contact your preferred motorcycle store and place the order.

What will I be required to do for my sponsorships?

BikeSponsors.com has the easiest sponsorship guidelines of all the sporting sponsorship industries. There are no contracts to sign, no appearances to make, no traveling – and most importantly our sponsors don’t control your future, you do! You will be promoting your sponsors from the comfort of your own home at a pace that you can handle. You will be making a series of simple transformation videos featuring you, your bike, your sponsors and your free products and promoting them to other motorcycle enthusiasts. Every time you complete one of your sponsors campaigns, your next product from your queue will ship.  

Does BikeSponsors.com have a refund policy?

Yes, we offer a 30 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your sponsorships, our agency fees are fully refundable however our $39 account set up fee is not.

How will I know if I have been approved?

Once you submit your application you will get access to your dashboard where you will be able to monitor your status via our Sponsorship Tracker. We do notify you by email but we suggest that you log in to your dashboard at least once a day until your approval status has been updated.

What is the amount I can get sponsored for?

At BikeSponsors.com we offer a variety of sponsorship amounts. They range from $500 to $5000. You will be able to select what products you want and how fast they ship. Your products will ship once you have promoted your sponsors.

What determines what sponsorship amount I will receive?

Most average bike enthusiasts will get approved for $500-$2,500, the higher amounts are reserved for professional riders, proven trophy winners, individuals with high media exposure and those that are scheduled to appear in magazines or tv.  

What types of bikes are eligible for sponsorship?

We sponsor street bikes, road bikes, cruisers, dirt bikes, touring bikes, and bmx bikes. So whether you ride a Harley, a Kawasaki SuperSport, a KTM Enduro, a BMX or even a stunt bike, we can help you get sponsored.  We now also allow recreational vehicles of all kinds.

Can I get my atv, go-cart, dune buggy sponsored by BikeSponsors.com?

Yes! All recreational vehicles are now accepted at BikeSponsors.com.
 
How do I promote my sponsors?

With social marketing exploding, our agency created a concept that would give you all the tools you need to make your sponsors happy through online video promoting instead of traditional sponsorship promoting like attending shows that can be very expensive. While you promote from the comfort of your own home, your sponsors see better results, and your campaigns are easily tracked using sponsorship videos. Sponsors will be able to see your efforts through a series of transformation videos that you will be making for your sponsorship.

Do I need a professional camera?

No, you will be able to use your cell phone, standard camcorder or even your webcam.  Of course if you have access to a pro camera and are talented in video making, then we encourage you to do so as every little effort goes a long way with sponsors.

Can I choose the products that I receive?

Yes, you have complete control of what products you receive. Not only can you choose the product, but you can choose what online retailer you get it from! Example: Let’s say you want an exhaust from a certain manufacturer, you tell us who they are and provide us with a link to that particular product. We will call and place the order directly with them.

Can I get my products from any online retailer?

Yes, you will be able to use your sponsorship dollars at any website, except for auction sites. Think of your sponsorship as credit, you tell us what you want and we release the products as you promote your sponsors.

Can I choose the brand of the product I want?

Yes, once approved for sponsorship, you have complete control over your products.

Is there a cost to ship my products?

No, all products are shipped free of charge, however  they have to be included in your product dollar amount. For example, let’s say you were approved for $1,000, if you choose a product the total cost of the product including shipping and taxes must not exceed $1,000.  This allows you to express ship if you would like.

Can I get cash instead of products?

Yes, we can allow you to take the cash instead of products, however this is reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Can I get OEM parts, or am I limited to just aftermarket parts?

Yes, you can choose OEM or Aftermarket Parts, there are no restrictions once you are approved for sponsorship.

What can I use the sponsorship for?

Ultimately it's our goal to get you the products that work best for you and your bike. Whether you need parts for repair, parts for performance or just want some new riding gear, you can use your new sponsorship for all of it!
 
Do I get a Free BikeSponsors.com portfolio?

Yes, regardless of your sponsorship dollar amount and whether or not  you get sponsored, BikeSponsors.com gives you a free online portfolio to help you get more exposure.
